I'd have to say that my favorite part about being a travel consultant is definitely the planning. When my customers come to me with an idea, my wheels start turning and I can't wait to get to work! To me, there is nothing better than using my years of knowledge and endless resources to put together the perfect package that fits every budget. I believe paying attention to detail is the way to gain the trust of a new customer and keep them coming back year after year.
The best travel advice I can provide is to go with flow. Things are bound to happen when we travel. I say look at it as an adventure and you can never go wrong. But if it ever does, well that's where I come in. The other thing I love about being a travel consultant is being there for my clients if something unexpected comes up. There is nothing more fulfilling than getting a heartfelt THANK YOU from my clients when I get them back on track.
